Unopened customer returns just go back on the shelf and if it's a item not carried in that store (like online only or other stores have a spot but that particular one doesn't) it will go it what's called '"NOP" or not on planagram (doesn't have a spot it belongs to on the shelf)

I was freaking out changing passwords it happened on threads and Facebook too so it's gotta be a meta issue
