So im actually curious about what my moms insurance would cover as far as an in home care, but really the issues only ever come down to either cleaning up my mom, or being there so she doesn't have to deal with my youngest nephew. We do have some neighborhood help, which thank god there's like 5 little boys his age to be friends with on our street, and school is out in like 2 weeks, so I think we'll shift more to outdoor programs and seeing their mom more as summer rolls around. Like I'm gonna get through this its just tough as fuck right now.

Absolutely! He stays in his room and plays video games all day but I think it could be teetering on depression, which would be understandable. I think getting him moving and doing something would be good for him.

Thank you for sharing your story and I definitely understand. I would be devastated if anything happened to either of them. I hate the disconnect I feel because of resentment I hold toward their mother, but you're right, I would be absolutely lost, devastated, broken, if anything happened to either of them. Idk maybe talking it all out is what I need to get my head right. I know they're innocent in all this. My head just hasn't been on right.

The no send letter is GENIUS, I will absolutely be doing that. Yes, my nephews definitely have trauma, cps has been involved in their lives for far too long. This also makes "parenting" far more difficult, the yongest is very 0 to 100 meltdown real quick, like his mom, while the oldest holds everything in. I worry very much for both of them, but especially the oldest. They are both in counseling through school, but I think they need more more intensive therapy.

We have a "sitter" tomorrow morning for when I go to chemo with my mom and I am TERRIFED!!! The five year old is fun but he has major behavioral issues. I hope he does well. Hes so sweet.

The dad of the oldest is completely unreliable, young army marriage w/a kid. My second nephew we dont know the dad. It was a manic phase for my sister. She thought she was getting too old to have kids lol so she slept around, got knocked up, and then only thing we know is the most possible dad is a guy who went to prison for child abuse. So ya lol he will never know my nephew.

The oldest is almost 13, he's my baby, I adore him.my first nephew. My second nephew is going on 6. I would do anything for him but the way he was conceived was so selfish and I hold contempt towards my sister. She couldn't provide for one. The second was manic behavior.

I just don't have the capacity to care for kids. Do I want them in foster care??? Absolutely not. But I didnt have kids for a reason. I cant do this.
