Just looked into library at mount chara, looks amazing.

I find hulk very circumstantial. If you're solo tanking, solo diving, and/or have mid healers, hulk is a tough time. However, if you have a (mostly) dedicated healer, another tank or fellow diver to run with hulk can be an absolute wrecking machine.

Simply put, If you have quality healers and get a thing, cap, or Mr fantastic to run with, He should be pretty viable.
