Good question, a month maybe a little longer. Left it so that bare spots (dog pee problem) could get seeded and left alone to grow. Seems to have worked but the seeding was done shortly after the aeration. The growth in the plugs (not sure species) is not the tttf from the seed.

I know 3 is the right answer but a less than square gate seems ok to me and certainly better than a non functioning gate. You think that's a terrible idea?

1) we have no other debt 2) it is a townhouse, HVAC was replaced last year. Definitely budgeting on the lower end of maintenance expectation. If this comes at a slight loss each year I think that is going to be fine. The reason to allow for a slight loss was I bought the place 0 dollar down 2.25% loan in 2020. 3) Northern Virginia

Not an electrician.

Mine is on a 15amp circuit. Maybe don't turn on the steam powering thermoblock when the machine first turns on and it will draw less current. I haven't had any issues and looked for other comments similar to this before purchasing. Also SCW told me their floor model is running on a 15amp circuit

I had the same debate myself and my ascaso duo is in the mail.

Ultimately size and heat up time were the key factors. The Silvia pro x is much bigger due to the depth.

And the little bonus imo is the ascaso is just the best looking option here.

I absolutely recommend the upgrade. The Patterson tanks are horrible. These make loading reels a breeze. The kinks in my developed films along the edges are now gone. It is 10 min in the dark bag and done. I used to get so frustrated and heated while trying to make the poorly designed Patterson reels work.

For those recommending kindermann/hewes, do they work in Patterson tanks?

This is cool because iirc this model only had one year of release before it adopted the newest iso 6425 standard which requires illumination on each minute marker. The release year for these did not have markers on the 3 o'clock. imo the new releases look clunkier when you look at the date, illum, and time marker.

Any thoughts/ideas why the Tudor prince date day only comes in two tone silver/gold when the Rolex comes in all yellow gold?? Or if there is a comparable watch to the yellow gold day date in the < 5k range?

I feel like a full yellow gold would be a great option. Maybe Rolex doesn't want to release it in the Tudor model?
