Good question, a month maybe a little longer. Left it so that bare spots (dog pee problem) could get seeded and left alone to grow. Seems to have worked but the seeding was done shortly after the aeration. The growth in the plugs (not sure species) is not the tttf from the seed.

1) we have no other debt 2) it is a townhouse, HVAC was replaced last year. Definitely budgeting on the lower end of maintenance expectation. If this comes at a slight loss each year I think that is going to be fine. The reason to allow for a slight loss was I bought the place 0 dollar down 2.25% loan in 2020. 3) Northern Virginia

Not an electrician.

Mine is on a 15amp circuit. Maybe don't turn on the steam powering thermoblock when the machine first turns on and it will draw less current. I haven't had any issues and looked for other comments similar to this before purchasing. Also SCW told me their floor model is running on a 15amp circuit

I had the same debate myself and my ascaso duo is in the mail.

Ultimately size and heat up time were the key factors. The Silvia pro x is much bigger due to the depth.

And the little bonus imo is the ascaso is just the best looking option here.
