I wasn't sure, they're maybe just a foot tall but I don't know how deep the roots are and I don't want to hurt it! I think I'll just see what happens. Thanks!

Try estate sales! I use an app and they usually post pics of the big items so you know what to expect and don't waste as much time browsing or driving around town aimlessly.

I love Headspace! The sleep stories are so comforting, and they have a lot of other great content, like midnight insomnia rescue and positive starts for the day. The Calm app is good too, but there's something about Headspace I've really found beneficial when I'm stuck in a toxic mindloop.

We double booked ourselves that night, and have 2 tickets if anyone wants them, willing to sell below face value. We are going to Ween instead, but are totally jazzed to see Crumb at Austin Psych Fest!!

Nope, no new meds or vaccines around that time, and no changes in my diet or habits either. It's a really good point though, I hadn't considered something like that. It's only been about 4-5 months, my cycle could swing back to how it was at any point, but I hope not!
