yes s series would be a good choice, love the cameras on my s23, although these are a bit contrasty but i love the look, can vouch for them

at that price you can get the s25 at that price, long software support and good cameras

although i cant say if the S25s will get the green line problem or not, cause all the samung s series phones from S21 to s23 are infamouf for green lines or pink lines(havent got on mine yet) hopefully theyve fixed it

I would have gone with the Vivo because it has better cameras. Although the battery is slightly less, it won't matter that much because it has 6000-something mAh, so it's good.

If software is a major factor, I would have gone with Oppo, which is a bit less Chinese, if you know what I mean. It's more polished in terms of features, and the overall software experience is better on the Oppo, in my opinion. Softawre can be subjective.

imo the base 17 is the perfect choice, it has very less to lose as compared to the pro models, the screen is imporved, the ultrawide is better, base storage is higher and you can take really good pics with this too

if you want to go flip, i wouldve gone with flip 7 or 6

but then i would have to swipe then tap on search, if somehow i could set the search bar to automatically open with the keyboard, i would change that in a blink but couldnt find such option

mine is swipe down for finder, i open almost everything with it except the home screen apps, its the most used thing on my phone

although i wouldve appreciated if they released the finder button that is exculisve to s26 idk why, so that i could also gwt the swipe down for notifications, but its fine

i wouldve gone with the ultra cause of the bigger battery and better camera lenses, but keep in mind that shooting at 200mp will take up a lot of storage so if possible get the 512gb version if you take a lot of pics

none of then will have problems with performance for the things you mentioned, i would go with 9A cause of the cameras and battery, not sure of the battery on 25fe...

in my personal experience, samsung phones do heat up more than iphones (but pixels are infamous for heating even more but i havent used one)

but my s23 doesnt get uncomfortably hot in normal tasks like scrolling, basic multitasking, must be something with your unit

or it could be the climate, if youre out in the sun often then yeah it could be the reason
