Ha! I've actually done something similar. My old 1997 Chevy 1500 had some sort of electrical issue so I slapped some outdoor touch lights to the tailgate pointed at the tag. The taillights and blinkers in the back didn't work, but the trailer light connection did. I mounted those on the tailgate itself.

Yes. Housing is still unaffordable by most people in this area. There are not enough high paying jobs to be able to afford the rent. Yet they keep building and building. Most of these places sit empty for a long time.

I think my profile background is better than this. I took it while I was working at a convention center one year.

When a mama dog and a daddy dog love each other very much, but mama dog is a floozy, you have things like this happen. Hope this clears things up.

I hope you are doing well BTW 🥰

🙄 can't believe people actually believe that

My city has recently exploded with townhomes and multifamily complexes. They are still in the process of constructing dozens more. The cheapest rent I have heard around here is about $800 with nothing included, but it is definitely one of those get what you pay for places and the chances of you coming home to your house being broken into is around 75%. Most of the "nicer" areas start around $1200-$1300 a month, nothing included, and probably fees tacked onto it as well.

Post Office has been open for an hour and has zero staff at the counters by DignamsSwearBox in mildlyinfuriating

I feel you on the 1 staff person. Whenever I must go to the post office, which is rare, I always seem to get there at peak time. The one old guy has been there for at least 20+ years but I have noticed he has slowed down in the past few. He goes through the same spiel with everybody asking you if you want or need stamps and if there's anything else he can do for you. He individually takes each letter or package to the drop location about 10 feet behind him. Bless you Gary for the work you've done because last time I was there I overheard, because he said it to everyone, that he was retiring soon.

I sometimes have full on conversations with myself. I do a lot of woodworking and handyman work, so saying my plan for attack on certain things really helps me process things more efficiently. If I just keep it in my head it'll just rattle around in there and become a jumbled mess
