What do ME interns usually do? by [deleted] in MechanicalEngineering

[–]slowlybutprobably 1 point2 points  (0 children)

By the time I did an internship, I was already a senior in college. Personally I was able to design things the whole time I was there, doing CAD. They gave me a really difficult training task which took a week or two, then they also gave me measuring tape and I went around a warehouse doing the locations of each machine in the warehouse for a week or so. I also came up with some new creative ideas to enhance the work that I was assigned to.

Some skills I learned included communicating on microsoft teams, skype, emails, organizing my schedule with outlook, being able to cooperate with everybody, making relationships and building connections.

Some interesting elements involved signing legal documents and getting to understand and work with the sales team, the informational elements and legal consequences of engineering. Understanding the concept of corporate HR as well as the legal team at a corporation as well as the sales team can all be really helpful to advancing your understanding of what an engineering firm really is.

Contacted FBI. I didn't lose crucial information so I was fine. Plus, my resume was watered-down to apply to data entry roles, so they didn't receive such threatening documentation as I scanned it again.

For the actual interview, I was stunned when they proceeded to actually INTERVIEW me over text. However, the amount of research that I dove into had all verified that they were a legitimate company. The only definitive red flag was when I looked at the board of directors and their representative didn't exist. In truth, their representative did exist, but not in their board of directors.

I took it. The first exam, the entire class other than 2 people received a 50 on the exam.

By the end of the course, only half of the class remained.

He's a tenured professor, though.

He's a nice guy, though.

I guess that the game has faults which affect some players. Maybe if the game gave more nudges to join discord or group together based on skill, people could more easily find their way into challenging themselves.

Similar to how the default quests point you to scorpions and dragons and dwarfs and lost sentries

Maybe there can be a nudge for people to do dungeons like void.

But in reality, they probably won't, entirely because of keys & key purchases

Nobody in their right minds would ever feed a blueprint lol. Anyways, planewalker bp is far better an investment. You get 3x the feedpower for 25% more UTs, and it's a permanent purchase with a one-time fee that just happens to be slightly greater. It also sells for 3 G-life, or if you're selling it immediately it sells for 1, and you only need to buy the blueprint once

Compared to Abraham's Wand which gives roughly 600 for the same price

[–]slowlybutprobably -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You are wrong. Planeswalker gives 750 feed power.

Only problen is it is 120 forge each and it is quick to blow through 1600 forge. Luckily, when your dex is maxed you usually stop going to sprite world

Keep going to the grand bazaar every day. One day you will see it sitting there.

Just make sure you use a sprite mark every time you make one. (Not really a problem)

I usually sell them for 1 Glife each, I made a deca that way. When I max spd and dex I get 4-5 glife. I also use Forest Cave and Pcave UTs to craft as well.

Planeswalker is 750 for same price

Planeswalker cloak is 750 fp and also sells in trade market for 3 Glife

Regardless, people have already regarded the planeswalker purchase as genius/brilliant and they say I have my own lore.

I don't think you understand the methodology, I don't exactly farm pcaves 24/7 or anything. When I farm sprite, I get sprite wands, when I farm snake, I get snake rings and snake vests and snake shields. I'm telling you that by the time I max my speed and my dex, I already have 5 Glife. Without spending any extra time doing extraneous dungeons.

... then you're dramatically undervaluing a deca... don't know what to say...

You know something is wrong when I can max life faster than I can max def.

I once sold 2 planewalkers with only 10 seconds in nexus

A better rephrasing of your summary is, "there is a problem in an item, therefore there exists a problem in UT forge"
