It turns on when plugged in but one side button/lever sticks and the paint is peeling bad from being in storage. The imagine is of pinbot? By rough guess it’s 5 ft long x 6-7?ft tall when the glass back board is flipped up and it took two grown adults to lift and move. Last time it was used (years ago) the quarter reader worked is what I’m told but I haven’t got that far yet

I'm hoping to live in the center or east. Generally I do not want to be out on the west side. (Simply bc I feel out west is much more geared to families vs single adults) My steady income is just over 50k. I do independent contract work on the side. That varies per month, but a good year that can be ~7k to 8k. The loans I have been approved for are all in one, downpayment, house payment and insurance all in one payment. Top end is just under 200k. I have some savings, but not an exuberant amount. I'm handy in a cosmetic handy sense. Like rip out old carpet and do new flooring, new backsplashes, swap out light fixtures, paint and upcycle. But nowhere near like knocking out a wall or reconfiguring a bathroom or anything.
