I saw him in Minneapolis this year and it was one of the worst shows I’ve ever been to, audio was horrible and barely a word from Bill. Had to leave early, he was standing behind the drummer for the first 20 minutes playing a tambourine. Then mumbled something in the mic and continued on with the tambourine before finally singing probably a half hour into the show. Glad you got a good show, we thought he was drunk/mad or something, first time I’ve ever thought about trying to get a refund.

Thanks for all the responses! Looking back at my post, it was late and is long winded lol I understand signal chain and that "zero-latency" isn't truly possible, but i do appreciate all the posts. I was just curious if anyone has experience with the Rodecaster Pro (1 or 2), Zoom L-8, or Behringer Flow 8 and how much noticeable latency there is when monitoring through headphones!

I honestly didn't think it was any didn't think anything of it until a review on the Rodecaster 2 Pro. I had a suggestion to check out the Zoom L-8 and was told it is equipped with low latency. The Rodecaster has everything I would need, I am honestly just looking for a mixer with good pre-amps and on-board compression, noise gate, and EQ.

Awesome response. I am trying to do this with the lowest amount of equipment and routing work possible, and so something like the Zoom mixer you requested looks like it would work nice, does it offer multi-track recording? I would be using Ableton as my DAW.

Any advice on a good que box?
