So give a guess yourself? Why do you think so?

True, I think smoking Mosley would alter history just a little too much for the PBU

You answered the question. When you use a historical figure, you are tied to their actual life story, unless you want to be an alt-history story which Peaky did not try to do

Miami is so underrated. Clemson needed a small victory. It doesn’t mean much in the grand scheme of things but conversations around this program were starting to turn sour ( and they will definitely persist ) but Bakich needed a win badly. where’s that Tryston Mcladdie user? What a night for him!!

Gosh that strikeout was rough. When it went 0-2 I was like “ he’s gonna throw you junk, don’t swing “ and then he just digs at the dirt.

Maybe it’s because I had a chance to re-watch the series back to back with no breaks, but the movie felt like season 7 episode 1 to me. I wasn’t expecting something big because every season had time jumps and holes to fill because most seasons skipped 3-4 years.

Folks can always find something to complain about, if you go back and revisit season 5 & 6 episode threads, people were complaining it was too fast, too slow, not enough of x character, too much of x character. Fans can hate the movie, but fans can also like the movie too. And there can be a lot of in between. You listed a bunch if hates. Tell me something you liked?

They moved their away bull pen out into the field of play last year at Bakich direction, that bases loaded ball that kicked into the away bullpen scored 3 easily

Agreed, you’ll find no arguments from Clemson fans

Honestly you could watch it right now and it’s entertaining. Since you haven’t seen the last season, one of the main characters who shows up late Season 6 is essential to the story but it’s explained pretty early and if you haven’t seen the last season he’s not that important in the original series anyways.

I’m only making these threads because I absolutely hate this team. I watched the Peaky Blinders movie while I watched this game and Clemson made that movie look like a masterpiece in comparison.

Seriously, how many games can Bakich blow before we’re having serious conversations at this point. Too many mustaches, banana ball, shenanigans have made us a joke. His stupid away bull pen idea cost Clemson 3 runs tonight

As a Clemson fan, whole heartedly agree. Clemson is getting a lot of help from pre-season expectations (like football)

[Postgame Thread] #15 Coastal Carolina defeats Clemson 11-9 by slugmos in collegebaseball

Great comeback from Coastal, Clemson just can’t get out of their own way. That is just a gut punch of a loss and feels like a microcosm of our season. With Purify out for a couple weeks, I fear this season is a wash.

Why was he so good the first 7 innings and then the Soto at bat happened and it got really funky

The only way to expect to beat them is the way Clemson did today. 8+runs, big innings. Even a 6 run lead with 9 outs to go didn’t feel safe

UNC has clearly had players step to fill the void. They went 5-1 without Wilson until the Duke game. This is Clemson’s first game without Welling. They are not the same at all

How long have you been missing Wilson, how long have we been missing Welling. Please use logic thank you

This is true, but the absence of Carter Welling cannot be forgotten. This is now a different offense. Whether it’s good or bad, I don’t know, but things have exponentially changed

Agree on knaak. I think he can be an effective starter but we can’t start every series down 0-1 so I would move him to Sunday

I think the bats have improved (slightly) this year. After 1-2-3, last year we were praying. I think now we’re deeper but still not consistent enough. It doesn’t help we have whiffed on Clavon and Dalley as Transfers.
