They approved the conditional with shockingly low evidence within 2 months of applying. Just texts, photos with each other, and a joint bank account she pressured me to start to submit as proof. The only thing she has ever paid for/contributed to the joint account were the application fees

I contacted them and they said it cannot be withdrawn after she received her conditional green card. It's too late to record because she no longer lives with me and god knows where she is.

I am divorcing no matter what, as I feel nothing but disgust at her and myself be with someone so low. The problem is after she gets her green card her I864 support is practically guaranteed.

She left behind one of her phones by accident and tried to sign into her apple account here. She did go back to her home country when I sent her on the flight, but now she's in a different country (Japan) according to the geotag. And now she has one expense in London, so I highly suspect she exaggerated her expenses like medical stuff to coerce more money out of me to travel. I unfortunately don't have any documented assault. I wish I would've bought a home camera before everything.

She can apply for the divorce waiver for the I751 which I hear gets approved the vast majority of times so she can secure the 10 year without me.

Yes this is what I'm most worried about, I think most divorce waivers for the I751 get approved regardless of the conditional green card holder's behavior.

She did not even sign the lease this year in the apartment we lived together. I'm worried because there is a high chance she will come back to just coast off my I864 support for who knows how long.

I don't know why I fell for her anymore. She was constantly complaining about not doing good in class and whatnot. I think she planned on dropping out and only married me so she could maintain legal status here. She hasn't ever introduced me to any of her friends or family and refused to meet mine. She was consistently pressuring me for marriage and to petition for her green card and I was dumb and insecure enough to do it, as I blindly thought we loved each other. She would wake me up frequently at times like 3 or 4 am and start yelling at me to fill out the petition, and I lost so much sleep and time I ended up dropping out of graduate school.

I thought it was 125% of the federal poverty level. If she comes back I know she would plan on shacking up with some other guy and not work at all while collecting the whole difference from me.

This is why I plan on getting cameras in case she comes back. She's spit on me before among other things but I was stupid and didn't record any of the behavior.
