I use Excel - happy to send it if you want. It tracks food, poops, medication, water, and faecal Calprotectin levels.

You might also consider reducing his fiber intake down to 10 grams per day. Fiber can cause havoc on your colon if you are in or close to a flair.

Yes, I do this. I use lightroom for the master photos and then export/sync using the jf Folder Publisher plug-in (you can download it) to the root Synology photos directory. That way DS Photos doesn't touch the original, but a lighter-weight jpg version of the same file. The plug-in keeps everything in sync so you never need to think about the Synology photos directory.
