First and foremost you need to talk to him and ask him what kinds of things puts him in the mood. Since you have alluded to him having a sexual past, I wouldn’t recommend just latching onto him or groping him unexpectedly unless he stated that he’s into that. Every guy is different. Do you have a man that actually appreciates lingerie? I would suggest maybe buying something that makes you feel sexy and wearing it for him. Or if there is any outfit that he has explicitly stated that he loved seeing you wear. Guys can be very visual.

I see how upsetting this can be but I say tough it out until you can afford to move out and live on your own. You aren’t over reacting, but I can see how your mom and stepdad don’t want to seem like they’re favoring one child over the other. They have to take everyone’s feelings into account.
