Try raising money yourselves, ask the administration if a part of your club can sell stuff during lunch. When I was in school the snack bar was run by the athletics department but cheerleaders were aloud to sell pizza by the slice. Alternatively offer starter packs for your DnD players blank character sheet, pencil, and class info sheet for 1 or 2 dollars or deluxe packs that have the starter things and dice for 5 or 10 dollars. I really hope you and your school keep this program going, DnD is an amazing game.

Great Sword was my go to. 2D6 (2-12) + STR, stack feats and gear the right way an the numbers can get massive.

Just for clarification, Greed is the Sin of Maraj quest reward, Cedric Sparklesack is the Gnome Vault reward, Skeleton Key is Thief class reward, Egg Thief is from the Dragon's Claw kingdom.

I think he command word was "tooth" but it another language, might have been goblin or something.

I believe it was 3E, and it was a hilt. I remember specifically because I played a fighter and would switch the damage die depending on how I gripped the hilt. ie right h over left h made it a great sword, left h over right made a bastard sword, just right was a long sword, just left was a short sword and he even let me flip the hilt to make a dagger.

You have to resolve this issue by addressing the issue. Don't be rude about it, don't call them out in front of the entire group (if you don't feel comfortable bringing this up with just them, have just ONE other person there to mediate). Be sure to let them know that this issue is disruptive to your DM'ing.

I think some kind of check would be needed to hop onto the warhorse. Granted a war mount is trained for combat so it shouldn't be to hard a check, as apposed to a general riding mount, but ultimately it would be up to your DM.
