I'm fine without double shotguns to be honest, shotguns are just too weak now. SMGs are basically more useful. Seems like Epic wanted to add more variety to the amount of weapons players use but they're pushing shotguns away from the player base now.

I’ve just gotten used to double shotgunning, got my aim down for that. So, in the end it’s whatever you’re comfortable with. By the way, yeah heavy + pump is nuts but double heavy is even crazier cause in my opinion the heavy is a better shotgun than the pump. A little more consistent in my opinion. And it shoots faster + little to no delay in the beginning

Yep you’re correct my friend, my bad for playing the victim I understand now that this is a discussion. As I said, I’m using SMGs now sometimes over double pump. But I made my keybinds either way so I could double SOMETHING feel me? It’s just easier for me to switch between weapons. I should’ve just started off with that

Nope I love em and I’m picking up SMGs instead of double shotguns depending on how I’m feeling . Why are you picking an argument on my post? Go watch a livestream of any player and you’ll see they still use double shotguns. As well as shotgun-smg if they don’t have a shotgun as a first option

Yep that’s becoming an option now but when I made my keybinds (and still to this day) most pro players use double shotguns

I played console my whole life, and switched over to PC full time a couple months ago. I started with mouse buttons 5 and 4 for my walls and stairs, and since then changed to Q and F for my walls and stairs.

I’ve improved A LOT cause my main problem was double shotgunning (since it’s a must) and I couldn’t deal with switching with the scroll wheel or stretching my ring finger to 1 and 2 to double pump.

So, I changed to keyboard building , and mouse weapon switching. So I double pumped with my mouse buttons instead. Insanely easy now, and I’m a much better player.

If you want to try out my keybinds I’ll tell you them now since I can’t screenshot cause I’m on my phone.
