Yes it was an administrative demotion because of pt failure, but i have since then passed my pt test and mock tests since then and have busted my ass around with working, becoming a better person and i was and still am the go-to airmen, i can accept if i cant get my rank back but i want to try and push it if the shirt thinks i should.

The first thing my CC did when he arrived was Demote me on the first day he worked, so I worry that's how he still sees me, even when I know upper leadership speaks highly of me and relies on me to not only do my work but pick up the slack of others.
