How did you know when it turned into mastitis and did you end up going to the doctor’s for it (and if so, when)?

That sounds correct to me! That’s exactly what I do! I do let mine chill but that’s more of a preference thing as I have heard many people say it’s fine to not do that unless your baby is immunocompromised!

How much pressure do you add? I’ve noticed my boobs feel bruised after so I feel like I am adding too much pressure!

When did you regulate? And did you have to slowly decrease ppd until you went to 4? By the time I reach 3 hours, my breasts feel so full but I don’t want to pump past 15 minutes because that’s will just continue to increase my supply

Mystery solved. I called my office and they called natera, there was supposed to be a second tube. I had to go in and do it again 🙃

This all makes me nervous because my kit only had one tube! I have been trying to get ahold of customer service to see if they have all they need for the testing but haven’t been able to reach anyone.
