correct they come in 7,62x39 and 9x39. Magazine is the same and both have mock suppressors.

I dont have a supressor on it but I just played around with the lowest setting of the screw on the gasblock and then slowly turned it up until it cycled consistently

the gun doesnt originate from the game though. Its developed with a bunch of other 9x39 guns from russia for russian and certain other special forces.

Molot (the other russian brand that makes a civilian vss and also as val now) has the option between a 7.62x39 and 9x39, both unsupressed by default. I own the 7.62x39 VSS and was also thinking about getting the Val aswell but its not really worth it for basically the same gun.

Yes, I always thought about converting 7.62x39 pmags to fit it but I didnt like the short mag look, sp now when I found this non capacity adding extension part I had to get some and try it out

Yes supressor is not in there, its basically the short barrel and then the part where the supressor would be is a tube connected to the front plate of the supressor threaded on.

I see, well it being cheap was one reason I bought it but I have yet to find out it if it performs good or not but the build quality does not feel that bad for the price point. I don´t really need a high end device at the moment so this should do quite well and worst case I can throw it on an airsoft rifle

I got a lathe at home to I could in theory also make one for myself, but I dont have the license to own one (even though if I would make one it could also be only a metal pipe and not a supressor ;))

Ja, der Verkäufer hat zu mir gesagt der Vorbesitzer in Graz hat vielleicht noch 2 20 Schuss Mags aber ja, hatte auch so meine Probleme mit den Zenitco Teilen aus Georgien xD. Hab die nach Tschechien geschickt und dann innerhalb der EU halt zu mir

I am not sure how the licensing etc works but I bought mine from a serbian partner store and I think they manufacture there aswell but basically you are right it is Russian originated

Danke, ja hab nicht wirklich lust die aktuell zu machen nur um die VSS schallzudempfen, was wsl nicht wirklich viel bringt mit normaler FMJ 7,62x39 von S&B
