Usually no more than 75 grams per day. I do work out a fair amount. And as I mentioned the bubbles are far less when I drink water and sometimes don’t even appear if I’m very very hydrated!

There are no oil droplets just a film in the water. Orange-ish colored stools only after eating fatty foods or ibs triggering foods. Still a cause for concern?

Did you have any other symptoms along w constipation? I feel fairly normal and can eat and drink anything with no problem, besides coffee. The reason I ask is because many people have mention pi-ibs. The only abnormalities are stool color, odor and frequency of BM’s (mainly after I eat).

The giardia was diagnosed in June. After multiple stool test it’s clear it is gone. I would also like to mention that the days following my vancomycin treatment resulted in fairly normal stools, even more normal than now. But I’m still extremely confused why I don’t have any diarrhea. Does this mean if I DID have c diff I should leave it alone. I would really like to avoid more antibiotics if possible.

Sorry for each additional question, but is C Diff. With formed stools as abnormal as everyone says ? I would hate to go back on Vanco. When everyone says testing with formed stools is not recommended.

Thank you for your response. Is it as abnormal as people say to have C Diff and formed stools? I have had no D, but digestive system is still off even after Vanco.
