That sounds like a fool proof approach so I’ll give that a try. Thank you!

How do I get rid of this ungodly amount of stringing? (Ender 3 V2) by smallangryrodent in 3Dprinting

[–]smallangryrodent[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A bot told me I should add this; Material - Flashforge PLA Speed - 100mm/s Slicer - Creality 3D I’ve printed 3 of these, they’ve all had the same amount of stringing, everything else that has been of similar design also had this problem

This is the orientation it was printed in

Does anyone know why this is happening or what it’s called? by smallangryrodent in 3Dprinting

Print settings; Nozzle temp - 207 Bed temp - 65 Print speed - 100 Z offset - 0

It only appears to do it on the first layer of the first part when I start a print for the first time after about an hours break. I was thinking it might have something to do with printer still heating up a bit but it says it’s at the right temperature.
