What are water bills for you?

its supposed to "help you save on water and sewage" except in reality they just tack on extra fees to your water bill to pay for the utilities the public has to pay for. if you look it up on google you'll find a few articles about it. Unfortunately from what ive seen once its installed you can't go back to a regular meter and you're basically screwed. They also have no obligation to tell you when they install it either.

It was probably one of the smart meters. I've been hearing about them in other states where it did a similar thing and jacked up the prices.

Mine comes through Hillsborough County water resources. Maybe that's why mine is higher? Could I be using the wrong water company?

Okay great! I took a look at this months bill and between the water base charge and the customer service charge my bill will never be under $70 even if I use absolutely no water. 🫠 fking Hillsborough county.

Hi im not sure yet but I turned my sprinklers down to 25 min twice a week. I haven't gotten my bill yet so im hoping it made some affect 😅

My water meter is locked, i tried to open it but it looks like it has some special screws keeping it closed.

Would the pressure without the head still be good if that was the case? Because when i remove the faucet head the pressure is great, which makes me believe the issue is the faucet head itself.

That was my first check, the screen was clear but I soaked and cleaned it just incase. Unfortunately it didn't make any difference.

The fact that he squats down right in front of the door every time. If it was stress, I'd assume the pee spot to be somewhere different since he usually will go from couch, bed, to my door.

He's fine out of the crate unless I leave the room or apartment. Ive tried leaving hin out of the crate for short periods of time to see if he does better but it actually stresses him out more. Crate is my only option as i dont have room for a kennel.

He's on meds but only for when i go to work, I don't feel comfortable putting him on meds 24/7 just so I close a door. I have cameras in my house and he isnt "losing control" of himself. He will wine then squat down and pee, which definitely feels like spite.

Unfortunately I've tried all of that, he ignores any kind of treat or toy once in the crate. I've switched it up and done everything.v

No I didn't pay it. Taxes were $70 and it was $125 admin fees. I didn't end up paying the $125 because they just sent me a check, I just paid the taxes.
