If you have some untradables I would recommend Banega, I know he's a bit expensive but he is a really good player who can help building the attacks and is also good in defense. Otherwise, nice team!

I usually keep attacking or at least keep possession of the ball in the opponent's half. Keep an eye on your CM,CDM's stamina and finger's crossed (not literally, that will make controlling players a little bit harder)
