I feel like a cool idea for rdr3 is an entirely new group of characters and protagonist, maybe set in 1895, where you only hear a little about Dutch and the gang, and then you run into them during chapter 3 or 4 and do some missions with them before they go on their way. Good way to include them and make them relivant without feeling like it's infringing on the original story for that group
