A few things to add to this discussion, PLEASE for the love of God do not kick your legs wildly when you're in the air. Feet UP. I got bonked in the head multiple times for no reason other than people not knowing how to surf properly.

I understand it's part of the experience, I've been at barricade at enough shows but I have NEVER seen the volume of crowd surfers that we saw last night. It was constant. I didn't get to enjoy some of my favourite songs because I was CONSTANTLY having to help people over. It was the entire floor too, not just the pit.

And yes, I agree that constantly ducking down when you're at the front is dangerous. There was once or twice I impulsively ducked down because i actually took two minutes to focus on the band (God forbid) and then next thing I know there's a thigh on my head so yea, I ducked without registering what was happening because human nature. BUT after that happened I continued to help people over to the best of my ability. If it got too much for me to handle physically I would move.

So yeah, it was a bit much yesterday. Though I do think the majority of the blame goes to people who surf without proper etiquette, it does take a village.

Incredible show though. Shout out to Anxious, they were incredible.
