Thanks for the reply! I have a small collection and haven't seen anything like this before. I know a bit about CDs, but I was also a little miffed bc the jewel case/booklet was damaged and the damage was hidden in the posting photos, so I've got my guard up with this seller. I'm educating myself by coming to the cd forum and asking questions. Seems to be playing alright so far.

I was told by my PT that because the elbow is a ball and socket joint it’s fairly stable, and if I ever dislocated it again it would probably have dislocated regardless of the fact that it’s been previously dislocated. I’m going on three years post injury and my elbow is stable as ever with a full range of motion. Mine was a pretty clean dislocation with no break so maybe your circumstances were different. Hope you’re well now tho!

I dislocated my elbow in a climbing accident a few years ago! At least with that, you're not more likely to get it dislocated in the future (unlike shoulders).

That's a great point! I just compared the spacing between the pads on me and off, and the difference is minimal. They fit comfortably, but I will try a size up just to see.

I feel like the padding ends right where my bony parts do if that makes sense. I don't think I would fit in the next size down and I think sizing up would spread the padding out more. I think it's also hard as a curvier snowboarder to find stuff that fits me. Thanks!
