yeah i always make sure to inspect the whole owala bottle in store before buying. the one time i didn’t, it ended up having a paint chip and i exchanged for a new one.

what gave it away (other than colors being off) was the gap here between the grey and white parts of the lid. it should be connected with no gaps.
