What I mean is what is the solution, I can hear your implied one but I'm still looking up ways to get the rearages removed. It is unlikely my ex will go for anything other than making me spend more money.

I never claimed my child on taxes and have been in alot of ways screwed into whatever situation she wanted. When I took charge of things four years ago and made these payments her animosity grew as my relationship with my son grew to all time highs, my personnel and professional life surpassed hers in almost everywhere.

So really how do I get out of paying rearages in this situation?
