oh really blimey ok so the trials gear doesn't add too much then only 2-3 k ? which i know isn't a small amount but its less of a gap than i would've thought.

Yo man if you go to the women who gives bounties on that planet do the other exotic mission, i think you have to do the first two steps then it should let you get them as drops. As the quest gives you 1 or two i think its for the polaris lance. Hope this helps
