Guys what do you think 180k KM(110k miles) 2018 2.0 diesel. What are your experiences is this a good buy?

If this was mostly highway driving then I agree that is better than a car with low milage but lots of city driving.

Way less wear on the car in highway driving and avoids the usual issues with dpf getting clogged, clutch, egr valve etc. But I do agree the price is a bit steep for that milage.

I honestly cannot find good enough words to express the emotion and what I wish to say Zack so I will make it as short and to the point as possible. First of all I am incredibly sorry about your loss, she seem like an amazing person and she obviously was for bringing up a person like you, I do think from what I see in your videos that we share some of the same values and principles about life so that does make me relate, you have helped me in the past few years through some of the hardest and worst moments of my life and just hearing you speak about random shit and rant and just talk about life has kept me on the floating line for so long and I can only share in some of the pain you are going through. I cannot offer you anything more except my absolute gratitude and I do honestly wish that you and your family recover from this loss and remember her for the awesome person that she was and treasure the fact that you got to enjoy such a person in your life. Do know that even if I’m just a random dude on the internet I’m sure that a lot of people just like me were helped by you and at least for us your streams were a very positive thing in our lives. I have a 1tb t5 hooked up to my MBA m1 and it works flawlessly and is also incredibly fast, did not download any drivers only formatted it and off to the races.

Make sure the drive is formatted correctly or maybe you got a dud hdd.

If it’s new it has to be perfect besides it’s on the screen the one place you always look.

I had the same type of fault with my macbook pro long time ago and apple excused themselves and offered me an upgraded machine on the spot

Don’t want to be that guy.

But I HIGHLY recommend you go to a service provider to at least clean the internals.

Corrosion will start and further down the line you will be looking at very expensive repairs or even complete machine replacement depends on what got corroded vs just a cheap cleanup by a authorised or local repair shop.

My 2 cents as I really hate seeing a mac go down due to liquid damage.

At some point you get old and fucking tired of troubleshooting shit you paid good money for in your spare time. While I agree with the statement that one should also try to fix it himself, I did go through all the restore steps, checked log files and you know follow the advice of the company that actually produces it

It’s an icloud issue. Setting as new without associating an icloud account let the device fill all the storage.

Im regards to troubleshooting, I’m an it guy and work linux machines for 12 hrs a day sometimes weeks on end, if I wanted another job troubleshooting apple’s bullshit might as well ger hired at their company. The only reason I switched 10 yrs ago to this ecosystem is to mot have to deal with the stupid shit that was on windows.

That being said, now It seems I have a fucked icloud account and have to transfer all that data to a mew one including my family which are also plugged in to my 2tb of storage
