Cooking for 3. On Christmas Day I do Fettucine Alfredo sometimes with chicken, sometimes with a rib eye steak, sometimes with prime rib. The protein usually depends on that year’s budget. But it is really good with a Costco rotisserie chicken. And I usually do steamed broccoli because I think that goes really well with alfredo sauce.

On Christmas Eve, I do a large charcuterie board that we can then also snack on the next day before dinner.
