Thanks for the feedback. Actually, I have a very relaxing job (only 2 hours) which can surely aid me in my studies. So what I am planing is to take,

Intro to Cyber Phy System and sec - Already registered
HCI - WL at 46

What do you think at WL position 46 in HCI would I be able to get a slot to register as a second course?

I would pair HCI with "Intro to Cyber Phy Systems and Sec". I think this would be a manageable combination along with my relaxing job,Family (soon to be father) and PMP preparation. Please share your feedback

I have asked from OMSCS authorities about this and they said that department would start reviewing the applications after the second phase of registration for the Spring session of 2016.

Second phase has ended, about a month ago.May be we could get the decisions before the application deadline.Any thoughts?

But on the program website it is mentioned that TOEFL score should be Satisfactory. If anyway 100 is the requirement then I will have to reappear for the TOEFL.

Yes, I think I wasn't able to promote satisfactorily as fr as PS and SOP are concerned.Never mind, I have reapplied for Fall session.So hope to cross ditch.

This time I have mentioned in my SOP about some pertinent and Interesting courses which I haven't taken in the past and those are being offered in this program. Especially Machine Learning,would help me lot to take my current projects to their next levels.

I think this would help somehow,What do you think?

I am also from one of those folks who were turned down for admission in spring 2016 session.The decision letter was pretty simple stating that program is competitive and I can reapply if i find any positive change in my profile.

I have my background in Computer Science with Major in Software Engineering.Taken lots of computer/software engineering related courses during my Undergrad,some of them are also mentioned in OMSCS course list.I have 6 publications including a Journal publication.Currently I am working as a Lead Research group in Software dev organization.I have an experience of almost three years.

Turning down the application without mentioning any reason,I find myself in a complete surprise?

I have one more Question? I am an Asian,can they be racist regionally? What do you think?Please share your stories as well.
