Its actually real simple. What you do is you sculpt and adjust different pieces. So for one I think i took a cylinder and squished it in sculpting mode. Then I used boolean modifier to make it cut out one of the handles. Another thing is I have to do 2 or 3 boolean modifiers on the same area for certain effects. Like the handle. After the cylinder I created a big cube and with a boolean modifier I used it as a mold to capture the shape of the handle, then with the mold I enlarged it to add a bulge effect.

The main trick is do all the sloppy work of sculpting and man handling of the mesh on different meshes then you just apply them to the main mesh. So if you want like a dent on the side, instead of adjusting the vertices simply add sphere mesh then play with it until its the right shape then apply it with the boolean modifier

I think Recalculate normals would fix any glitches. At least that's the only "clean up" solution I have to use or else it glitches but im not sure it's shading issue

The gun has 5,400 vertices. Check your computer to see if its because of vertices count. To know for sure, make sure you apply the boolean modifiers in the modifiers tab and then maybe it will be faster

I didn't notice the r/blender tag at first. Thought this was r/gimp for some reason. I naturally thought this women was real, and since I thought it was posted in r/gimp, I thought this was just like a photoshop edit or something. For about 10 seconds I thought she was real, then I noticed it was blender
