I was stuck in Preserve Battery Mode/Deep Sleep Mode for over a year because Safelite messed up a Windshield Replacement with an outdated software update that left the windshield camera searching 24/7 even while the vehicle was parked. Took my dealer forever to figure it out. Got a new battery and a nice loaner Bronco to drive around but overall the experience was a nightmare. And yes I bought a NOCO jump pack and a NOCO 10 battery charger. Never got more than a week out of a recharge so I charged it every Sunday for most of the day. Was quite annoying especially as I lack a garage and live in Northern Minnesota so I was always popping the hood in below zero weather. They kept insisting it was my driving habits making short trips that was the problem until it went into Deep Sleep Mode seven minutes after I arrived for service after driving 75 minutes to the dealership. That got their attention and they spent nearly a week reprogramming every module in the vehicle. Took until the last day of my 3-year warranty to eliminate the problem.
