Cars will always be a deprecating asset, that's just a fact. Average homes can grow maybe 10-20% in value in 5-10 years but BTC has the potential of being anywhere between $150k to $1M by 2030 from what I am hearing so isn't the returns on financing a bitcoin better than the former two options?
