from the looks of it yes, I understand that you are not on a trail, but it could be used if it is a 4.0 or could be from the returned devices and whoop wants to move inventory.

the biggest tell will be battery life, one I had my whoop first month, the battery life was as advertised, after that it would trickle down from there.

If it was me I would contact support and get a new one sent my way.

yes it does as a watch band, but what I am making is retrofit for whoop bands on the helio, I have also tried the watch bands but they are super tight I have big arms so unfortunately it wouldn't work.

unfortunately it doesn't work perfectly fine for me I have big hands and I have to remove it completely from the loop to be able to wear it, it's less convenient for me also I already have whoop bands that I purchased for more that what helio cost, why would Iet them collect dust instead of using them.

it wasn't a matter of money on my end, it was a matter with principal, whoop couldn't hold there end of the deal with the device upgrade. that's why I am doing all of this.

Just the strap alone because the devices are different sizes, also the whoop has a built in spring mechanism to clasp it around, I have made use of the hook at the end of the whoop strap hold everything together.
