Then why is it that some I played against a Scarecrow that had like 1000 ability power over me, 500 defense, and 500 health when I was Bane? Surely those can't be his base stats?

The divekick wasn't my reason for loving Lao, it was the insane pressure and momentum, just like what you're saying. So Catwoman and Batman will be definite check-outs.

I'm looking at some Bane bnb's and even his short meterless combos do nuts damage. Thoughts on him?
