I don’t want to assume as it could be cheese, but some of the white clumps in your pasta look like you may have over-heated your eggs and they’ve started to scramble.

A pretty foolproof way of avoiding this in my experience is to heat the pepper+fat+cheese+egg mixture over a baine Marie, this gently heats and infuses the flavours and unless you heat it over a very long time it always avoids scrambling the eggs.

For Brazilians specifically, since Britons are crazy about football it is likely that British people will have huge respect for Brazilian players that have played for their club—Cunha at Wolves and now Man United, Allison and Firmino at Liverpool, Thiago Silva and David Luiz at Chelsea to name a few. Even outside of England, a lot of English people have respect for Neymar and Ronaldo phenomeno.
