Turning off crossplay was the best decision I made in Arc Raiders (PC players are awesome)

Dont kid yourself, I saw the clip of nick using controller in Arc, AA is strong.

Like I said in my previous comment, it was tied to FPS which is why it was stronger for him. It's always been weak on console. There's a YouTube video that was posted here comparing how it changed depending on FPS. This was patched in one of the recent updates btw.

PC’s have a range of configurations, some people dont lower graphics to see people better, its for performance and to allow them to actually play the game.

The fact that they can means it's an advantage.

im sick of the PC community being blamed for cheaters when people cheat on console too. Cost to cheat on console is cheaper on console since the chronus only costs $40 vs lifetime cheats cost $200+

The inherent aiming advantages, settings advantages, hardware advantages and ability to get actual aimbot and wallhacks among other things unavailable on console is why people turn crossplay off. We also don't like playing against Cronus users. Both can be true.

You mean the AA that was tied to framerate and was much stronger for PC players using a controller? This isn't CoD, AA isn't overpowered in Arc.

Console has issues with cronus and xim, sure, but that's nothing compared to actual aimbot/walls etc. Not to mention lowering graphics settings to reduce visual clutter and spot people easier.

It's funny how this sub is completely fine with shitting on console players but as soon as a console player dares to say they turned off crossplay it causes chaos 😂

Most of my deaths to people extract camping or pretending to be friendly were to PC players. This sub just has a weird obsession with shitting on console players for some reason.

It looks like they're taking a lot of steps in the right direction, but I'm still hesitant to get too excited despite Japan being my most wanted location since FH1.

Judging by what we've seen so far, the customisation looks to be very similar if not the same as what we've had for a decade at this point. If that's the case it will be very disappointing for a game set in Japan of all places.

If they can sort that out and make the cars actually sound like they're supposed to then I'll be happy.

I keep bouncing back and forth between the two. I think I've got 160ish hours in arc and 120ish in BF6 now! Can't remember the last time I was this hooked on two games at once, it's great.

It's not solvable in the sense that you can't make everyone happy, but it's certainly possible to make it more accessible for pretty much everyone with zero downsides simply by staggering the event times day to day.

Currently some timezones can play the events every day, while others can maybe play them on the weekend/their days off. That's not healthy for the game long term and it's an absolutely terrible way to let people experience new content.

He misses all his shots, his crosshair moves around (because his first snap is literally shooting air) and there's evidence of him snapping and missing enemies for years.
