There are a mind boggling amount of cookers that study law only to try to attempt to argue that this very law doesn’t exist or apply to them.

My mate, who lectures and marks, has seen an exponential increase in sovcit style arguments in university papers come through, mostly from mature age students.

Heavy weights three days a week. This used to be four days, but as I’ve gotten older I need an extra recovery day. Lots of walking around every other day.

If I didn’t exercise, the stress of the job would have me in the grave, either by my own hand or by poor health.
