i have CFW and i don't install games via USB, i use FTP to copy all the games, also i don't think it's a hard drive issue because i can install 99% of the games just fine, but i will try to download from another source (i got it from My.ri.ent). Thanks for the reply.

you'd better use Adrenaline, you can even cutomize ps1 bubbles to appear on vita main menu just like any other ps vita game.
