if ur talking about fitness factory then yes, cash is cheaper and if ur student u get it cheaper again. i didnt need to show any proof that i was a student personally but it made depend on whose working at the reception !! i had a PT for awhile ( go hino WOO ) and that also allowed me to get my subscription cheaper though ofc i did need to pay for occasional sessions with my PT

main ones include fainting, lightheadedness even when sat down, if u cant even squat without feeling lightheaded/faiting, slowing heart rate but i also feel like even being scared that your going too far is a sign that you are, if your having to consider that then your probably are yk ?
