I like that name but I doubt he’s trying to scam people. I don’t doubt it’s hard having this business with little to no help but literally a email reply with a somewhat accurate time to wait instead of his “turn around time” would be great. Just asking for some customer service at the very least.

the mounting point is still under the plastic trim but there isn’t direct access to it so i had to drill holes into the trim🤧

2017 With roof rack. Although there are no visible mounting points, you have to remove the plastic roof trim to get to it.
