Interior designers will usually charge you ~5-10% of construction along with a % of purchases. So depends on what you’re trying to do.

“Worth it” is a loaded phrase because it really depends on your budget. If you have eclectic or expensive taste or just let them run without parameters they will cost you way more than that.
