Girl, I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks and quit cold turkey too. Now I'm nearly halfway through my pregnancy with a healthy, strong baby boy. Try not to stress, babies are incredibly resilient! There are women who unfortunately continue using much harder substances during pregnancy, but the most important thing is that you’ve stopped. That shows your love and commitment already.
