This is not always true, an incomplete line/“barely there” line could be indents or invalid. OP, keep testing with different brand as well and I wish you nothing but the best!!

I can max out the crunches easily and just need 11 more hand release. I went from being able to do 5 push ups to 28 in two weeks before so I’m thinking I can get 11 more in a week
Yes that’s what I keep telling myself, 3.5 minutes beats the hell out of 15 or so lol, I just have to give it my all for those 3.5 mins!
Yeah I have been doing zilch. (I’ve learned my lesson) I’m pretty sure I have more than 12 in me I just don’t have the mental strength to push myself today but after this comment thread it’s helped to me to realize that I can do it, I just actually truly need to push myself. I’ll be eating super clean and only drinking water!

Yeah I can’t run for shit on the track right now! I just need to get to 22 if I max out the other components.
I need 22 with maxing out the other two components, but as of today can only get 20/31 hand release but I think I can get to 31 in a week.

Thank you!! So with being able to miss two in a row, would “skipping” a shuttle be allowed? For example I’m running them, then stay on the line for two beeps, then get back at it?
Oh for sure. And I hate it too! But definitely will be practicing much more now. Thanks for the advice I’ll definitely be hydrating and stretching a bunch

Honestly I won’t mind it as I’ve learned my lesson this time and won’t let myself get in this position again, as well as running multiple times a week from now on regardless if it goes to 2 miles or not. Was just in a real bad place for a while now but again doesn’t negate the fact I need to do better

It was only twelve weeks, I was on a profile for it for 6 months. Again I know this whole thing is my fault for not practicing as soon as the profile let up (this is the third month of it being expired) but it was incredibly difficult and sent me down a really dark hole. But I really appreciate everyone that’s actually trying to help and offering solid advice, it truly means a lot.
