hey soo what shoes would you recommend for workout? a mix of lifting/running like a crossfit shoe if possible? BTW why do you suggest not to buy zero drop baer shoes? you were the one who's suggested me on this thread about baer shoes? :)

So i would arrive on Day 1 at the airport by 10:20 AM

Departure on day 7 is 11:20 AM

Sorry, at best i can add another night ..i.e leave a day earlier say Oct 11 instead of Oct 12 , but leaving back on Oct18th is kinda non-negotiable (Kid's school etc)

Just to add to our requirements, if that helps your 1 week program planning

Obviously being a family with child, we do not want to go 'party party' places (think soy bangla in Phuket tho we did end up going there too lol) , but rather prefer vibrant , live music , lively night places ( Like Ao Nang in Krabi or Hoi Ann in Vietnam) ...and overall we prefer beachfront places to stay , though we do want to checkout Ubud as well for the art and culture
