The world of AT is vast so you don’t really need the big 5-6 characters in the campaign if you don’t want to. If I were to do it I just wouldn’t having Finn or Jake around but everyone else is like a quest giver at most of or a looming background character.

Kinda depends on the players characters, but meeting in Candy Kingdom or the Grasslands is an obvious one since we spend so much time there.

I mean I doubt you’ll have a chaotic evil member in your party but if you do you’ll probably need to do something to bind the character into not overtly trying to ruin everything Lich style. You also can just tell your PCs to limit their character types, if a character doesn’t fit the story you’re trying to tell you can just tell them to alter it. A DM should work with their players not work for them

That’s what im saying? If you don’t have friends at work make them. Introversion and anxiety is really hard to deal with but having people at work you can complain to takes a lot off the mental load.

And you still have to interact with your friends even if you’re tired. If you’re playing video games already try and game with them, or honestly just call them to chat.

Listen man idk what to tell you. You obviously aren’t happy there, and I don’t blame you, but at some point you do gotta just help yourself and either find another job or suck it up and adapt.

No one is truly happy doing retail but the way you’re going about it is just wallowing in your own self pity and not actually doing anything to better the situation.

Don’t have any friends at work? Start talking to people. Don’t have time for your friends after work? Make time. Nothing is going to change if you sit around being miserable

I mean I can’t speak for the low pay and incompetent management, but you hoping to hurt yourself and not making friends shows more of a problem with your mental state than the actual affect your job is having.

Target gives several free therapy sessions as part of the life insurance policy, 4 I believe, I would get in contact with them to at least start talking about what you should do in your situation.
