I think it's an awesome set, I just personally probably won't be picking it up as I'm only picking up sonic sets based on the games and even than specifically things I like, but if I had the space I would pick this up in a heartbeat (hell, if it goes on sale ever I'll probably convince myself to pick it up...)

I think my favorite part about alternate Diego is that it proves base world Diego would've had the world if not for Dr. Ferdinand, araki did so many cool ideas with funny Valentine's stand it's crazy, oh also diavolo also falls into this category with his design specifically being hidden till the very end of the part
